- Do not misrepresent your skills, experience, or ability to complete a job.
- Submit only genuine proposals that match your expertise.
2. Professional Communication
- Communicate respectfully and clearly with consumers.
- Avoid aggressive, offensive, or unprofessional language.
- Respond promptly to consumer inquiries and maintain transparency.
3. Compliance with UAE Laws & Cultural Values
- Only offer services that are legal, ethical, and permitted under UAE regulations.
- Respect cultural and social sensitivities in the UAE when delivering services or communicating with clients.
- Vurks Technologies L.L.C reserves the right to remove professionals who violate local laws or our standards.
4. Fair Pricing & Budget Respect
- Review the consumer’s posted budget before accepting a request.
- If you cannot deliver within the budget, communicate clearly before agreeing to the job.
- Hidden charges or sudden price changes after agreement are not allowed.
5. Quality & Reliability
- Deliver work with professionalism, accuracy, and within agreed timelines.
- Maintain high service standards to build trust and long-term opportunities.
- Repeated failure to deliver quality work may result in suspension.
6. Data Privacy & Security
- Protect consumer data and use it only for the purpose of fulfilling the service.
- Do not share, sell, or misuse consumer information.
- Always use Vurks Technologies L.L.C’s secure channels for communication and transactions when possible.
7. Payments & Transactions
- Clearly agree on payment terms before starting work.
- Honor all contractual obligations with the consumer.
- Vurks Technologies L.L.C is a facilitator only and is not responsible for payment disputes — professionals are expected to handle agreements fairly and transparently.
8. No Misuse of Requests
- Requests obtained from Vurks Technologies L.L.C are for professional use only.
- Reselling, spamming, or misusing requests is strictly prohibited.
- Misuse of consumer data or requests will result in immediate account suspension.
9. Reporting Issues
- If you encounter fraudulent job postings or unprofessional behavior from a consumer, report it immediately through support@vurks.ae.
- Vurks Technologies L.L.C will investigate and take necessary action.
10. Maintaining Platform Integrity
- Do not attempt to bypass Vurks Technologies L.L.C’s system to avoid fees or subscriptions.
- Abusive use, fraudulent activities, or repeated policy violations will lead to suspension or permanent account removal.
