• Professionals can view, select, and purchase consumer requests that match their expertise and budget.
• Consumer requests may originate from client submissions, PPC campaigns, social media marketing, and other digital sources.
• Vurks Technologies L.L.C acts as a facilitator and is not a party to any contract between consumers and professionals.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, lawful, and complete information.
• Use the platform only for legitimate service-related purposes.
• Respect UAE laws, regulations, and cultural values.
• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities.
• Maintain the confidentiality of login details and account credentials.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Professionals may be required to purchase consumer requests or subscribe to premium plans.
• All payments must be made through the approved payment channels on Vurks Technologies L.L.C.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Prices may be updated at Vurks Technologies L.L.C’s discretion, with prior notice to users.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, logos, design, and technology of Vurks Technologies L.L.C are the exclusive property of Vurks Technologies L.L.C.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
• Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Vurks Technologies L.L.C a license to use such content for platform operation and promotion.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

• Vurks Technologies L.L.C complies with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
• By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Users must not misuse personal data obtained from other users.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

• Vurks Technologies L.L.C is a facilitator only and does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of services offered by professionals or requirements posted by consumers.
• We are not responsible for disputes, contracts, or transactions between clients and professionals.
• Vurks Technologies L.L.C is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

9. Suspension & Termination

• Vurks Technologies L.L.C reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, UAE law, or ethical standards.
• Access may be restricted if payments are overdue.
• Content that is unlawful, offensive, or misleading may be removed.

10. Third-Party Services

• The platform may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., Google, Bing, payment gateways).
• Users agree to comply with their respective terms and acknowledge that Vurks Technologies L.L.C is not responsible for third-party practices.

11. Amendments
